No accounts, no tracking

This site has no login and no accounts. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, run advertising pixels, or sell or share your data with anyone for advertising. We do not build a profile of you. The one cookie this site may set is the referral cookie described below.

The demo form

On the demos page we ask for your name and a phone number or email before you open a demo. You can skip it and still see the demo. If you fill it in, we keep what you typed and which demo you opened so we can follow up. It goes to our team CRM and to our team's Discord channel (Discord is a third-party service), along with the page, any referral code and a submission id. See the referral paragraph below for how referral codes work.

The contact form and referral links

When you send the contact form, we keep what you typed (name, phone number, business, message) and the page you sent it from, so we can call you back and keep a record of the inquiry. It is also sent to the studio owner's phone as a notification.

Some Kriisko sales agents hand out a link or QR code with a short referral code in it. If you arrive through one, we set a single first-party cookie holding a random identifier (nothing about you) for up to 90 days, and record on our server which agent's code it was and when. If you later send the contact form from the same browser, that record is how the agent who introduced you gets credit. It is not used for anything else and is never shared. When someone scans an agent's QR code, we keep a one-way code made from their network address, never the address itself, to prevent abuse. Our abuse limits only look back 24 hours; after that the code is removed from our live database automatically, no later than 72 hours after the scan.

The chat assistant

The chat widget on this site is powered by a large language model served by a US-based inference provider — DeepInfra, running the DeepSeek model, with Groq, Inc. as an automatic fallback when the primary provider is unavailable. Both are US companies; your messages are processed in the United States and are not sent to DeepSeek's own service. When you send a message, that message and the recent conversation are transmitted to whichever of these providers is handling your request so the model can generate a reply, along with which page of this site you are on. We do not send the provider your IP address. Your messages are used to produce the response, not for advertising or to train a profile of you.

Chat conversations are saved so Kris can read them, follow up with you when you ask him to, and improve the assistant's answers. For each conversation we keep:

• what you typed and what the assistant replied;
• which page of this site you were on (the address only, without anything after a “?”);
• the date and time of each message;
• which provider and model answered, how long the answer took, and whether the assistant failed to answer;
• whether the assistant sent Kris a project brief on your behalf;
• a code made from your IP address. We do not store the IP address itself: the code comes from a one-way keyed hash, so it cannot be turned back into your address without our private key. We use it to spot abuse, such as one source flooding the chat.

Only Kris (the studio's admins) can read saved chats. They are kept for 12 months and then deleted automatically. Standard server logs may also retain requests briefly for operations and abuse prevention.

Do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive personal information through the chat. For anything beyond a quick question, email us directly.
